There are real estate agents and there are real estate agents.
We were looking for a house to rent for a family that came from abroad. We searched through the real estate agent market in Kfar Saba. There were those who barely lifted their eyes from the phone when we entered. There were those who when they heard what we were looking for, immediately said "I do not have" and that ended the conversation. There were also those who dragged us to houses – which it was clear from the start that they were really not suitable with an approach of "maybe you will take it anyway.."? And those we reached through networks... most of them did not even bother to get back to us.
But Dvora was different.
1. Listened – Dvora listened to understand what the needs are, what the desires are and what the difficulties are.
2. Practical – Dvora's approach is: if there is a problem – let us look for a solution!
3. Creativity – Dvora is more than a real estate agent, she is also an interior designer and therefore her approach is "outside the box" – the sky is the limit from knowing that what suits one family (the landlord) does not necessarily suit the second family (the tenant).
4. Patience from belief that if the deal needs to close... then it will close without pressure, while applying 1, 2 + 3. Renting a house for a family that wants to feel good is not a simple decision. There is no point in applying pressure.
