Dear and beloved Sarit! There are no words to describe how much we enjoyed our vacation in Budapest. This is not the first time we have traveled through you, and each time you surpass expectations. This time, more than ever, we were torn between managing on our own or using your services, and choosing you was the wisest decision we made. From the moment rockets were launched at the country, Sarit accompanied us through all the upheavals, corresponded with me in the early hours of the night (I truly felt uncomfortable that she was not sleeping because of me), through the morning alerts and throughout the entire vacation. Everything was organized, sent on time — the tickets, the transfers, the attempt to arrange an early check-in — there is truly no such level of meticulousness and care anywhere else. Especially during this challenging period — choosing Hofshon gave me the confidence I needed. I knew I had a "father and mother" accompanying me, and I trusted them, knowing that even if a problem arose, they would be the first to make every effort to assist and resolve it. I was at ease, and we felt we had done the right thing. As for the hotel — Hotel Maxim, a friendly and pleasant staff, and most importantly — the perfect location, close to the metro, close to the main street. Simply amazing and enjoyable, great value for the price. The transfer drivers, who were part of the package (which is also a pleasant bonus), were punctual, wonderful, organized, and sent messages on time so that we did not have to concern ourselves with the matter. In conclusion — I am certain that part of our experience depended on Sarit, who cared, accompanied, supported, and was exceptionally available for any question at any time. It is not worth being disappointed by other service providers. I recommend not hesitating and going with them exclusively. And if you get Sarit — you have gained enormously! Thank you very much, beloved Sarit. You went above and beyond.

I came across the company "Hofshon" a week before I made a deal with them for an organized tour to Batumi and Western Georgia, between the dates of 8/6/26 - 12/06/26. From the moment the tour was published, including the itinerary, number of payments, and the discount for retirees... and especially the "last minute" price... I contacted the agent: Udi Shomret. Udi was patient and tolerant, and happily answered every question. Udi handled the check-in for our flights and seat selection on the plane, without us even having to ask. At any hour and at any time he was available for any question... (we flew on a day when it was unclear whether the airport would be open or closed at all).

I have no words to express how easy, efficient, and enjoyable the vacation I booked through Hofshon was. The amazing Sharit took care of every detail for us, and at every stage of the vacation she made sure to ask how we were doing and how everything was going, and even completed the flight check-in on our behalf. I have travelled many times on my own, with friends, and with family, but it had never been this easy until this vacation, when I realized that things could be different.
